Peek a Boos is getting better, which is long overdue.

I guess the same guy owns the club down the street, which doesn't surprise me because - overall - some of the worst bartenders I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing have been at these two clubs. Good news, that has changed. As has the decor at Peek a Boos.

I stopped in for a drink, and was pleasantly surprised and happy with the atmosphere at Peek a Boos. I was quickly attended to by the bartender, which is a first in a strip joint in Waterbury in at least a decade. The drink seemed cheap (around $5), was cold, and that made me happy. I noticed that the new theme at Peek a Boos is Purple. They are renovating, and that is refreshing.
