This was my first time going...

This was my first time going to Follies. My wife and I went after a Monday Night Football game. We arrived a little after 1 am. I was surprised how packed it was for a Monday night, even after a football game; the parking lot was full. As mentioned in other reviews there was mandatory valet that cost $5. It was fairly quick, though, and they got our car for us quickly at the end of the night.

The layout of this club is different than any other club I've been to. A large bar is located in a sunken floor in the middle. A runway with a few poles on is raised up above the floor and wraps its way around the bar. The girls climb up onto the runway from one end and work their way around. There was no traditional stage like I have seen in other clubs.

This club is listed as having a mix of dancers, and it did. However, upon arrival, I did notice that the vast majority of girls were black. It may have just been the particular night of the week we were there. As predicted by the parking lot, it was pretty packed. My wife wanted to have a quick beer before we hit the VIP room, so we sat next to the stage and I kept my eye open for a good dancer.
