Gloria's has changed a lot in...
Gloria's has changed a lot in the last few months.
There is a sign on the door that says under new management with a list of rules. There are cameras throughout the club that weren't there 6 months ago and there is an employee upstairs monitoring the cameras. They say that if you break the rules you'll get thrown out immediately. I forget the rules, but they're nothing special. No weapons, no fighting, etc.
It's still a neighborhood dive bar with a "stage" that's just an alcove with a hardwood floor and a stripper pole. Both the front door and the back door have buzzers on them so that they can lock the doors and the bartender will have to buzz you in. When I was there both doors were unlocked but they have signs on the door saying don't let anyone in, the bartender will buzz people in.
