I've been going to Follies about...

I've been going to Follies about 2-3 times a week since January. It's the first place where I've been a regular since about 12 years ago in Michigan. I had practically given up on strip clubs until I discovered how great this one is. No other club I've tried in Atlanta can begin to compare.

I only go during the daytime. The few times I've hung around a little past the 8:00 shift change, I haven't liked what I've seen. The day shift here feels like a night shift, with a lot of sexy young strippers, but without the forced, frantic "party" atmosphere that can make nights at strip clubs stupid. Every time I leave, the daylight startles me. It just seems wrong that it isn't dark outside. In winter and spring, it seemed to get busy earlier in the day. During the summer, days got off to a slower start, not usually picking up until around 4:00.

There are more than a dozen favorite girls I get dances from now. On any given day, I can count on at least a few of them to be dancing. The oldest are in their mid-20s. Most are 21 or younger. Over the past few months, it seems like every week a new young cutie gets hired. However, you can forget everything you've heard about hot-ass young strippers being stuck up or flaky. Well, maybe a little flaky, but in a fun way. The thing is, at Follies, they quickly learn that the best results come from giving customers good value for their money. And they're kept too busy doing $10 dances to have time to sit around sulking and stirring up retarded drama.
