After a long hiatus I decided to stop by IS on a Saturday. Not much has changed except that the price of the soft drinks has risen by $1. The cover charge was still $16. It is kind of an expensive cover and to pay $3 for a soft drink or water is also kind of a ridiculous. So you are paying about $20 just to get in to the club. The quality of the dancers in my opinion really has not improved since I last visited about a year ago. There were a couple of decent looking girls, 8s, but not real stunners. Most of the girls are in the 5-7 scale. IS also didn't seem to be running any dance specials while I was there. Maybe they started later in the evening. They use to have 3 for $55, but that may have stopped or changed. I stayed for about 2 hours, but no seeing anyone that really floated my boat I decided to leave without getting any dances. By Chicago standards, IS, is still a decent club, but certainly not one of the better clubs in the US.
