Visited the paper moon originally with a friend for his birthday. He ended up complaining the whole time so we left. Seemed like a place I could unwind so me and another friend went back a few days later. This was a much better experience. Although disappointed they do not sell liquor, a few beers accomplished the same goal. Dancers weren't gorgeous, but a few were attractive and most would come by and chat. Several girls asked for dances but none were pushy. DJ played good music most of the night and waitress, door girl, and bouncers were all friendly. I was eventually convinced to try a private dance for 150 for 10 minutes. I can't honestly say this was money well spent. Dancer wasn't very good, although quite attractive, and was more worried about eating the cheese and crackers than dancing. I have been back several times, and have gotten more familiar with some of the dancers, which makes the trip more enjoyable. Last visit a cutie convinced me to try another private dance, promising me it wouldn't be like the last. She couldn't have been more right. This girl was a great dancer and knew exactly how to do her job. Only down fall, the rooms aren't as private as they claim, and every time I looked up there was a bouncer staring over my door.

Overall I would recommend the paper moon for what it is. A Virginia strip club. If your looking for a nice place to chill out, drink a few beers and hangout, then this is your place. If your looking for a legitimate strip club, you're probably in the wrong state. I will be back.
