I was in Toronto for some job training last month and decided to check out the Brass Rail. I had read some reviews and from what I could tell it was easy to find so this helped my decision. I walked in and the door staff were friendly and there was no cover. I had the option of the Brass Rail in the downstairs portion or the Upper Rail which had a $20.00 cover. I opted for the free Brass Rail for my first experience. Drinks were expensive but I had known this going in according to the reviews I read. There was no cover so I knew they had to make it up on the drinks so i didn't mind. The stage was very large and well mapped out so you can have a good view from various parts of the room. One thin that I noticed is that you need to find a spot or seat quickly as the bouncers are quick to jump on you and quite rude. Not so much to myself as I found a spot fairly quickly up at the stage. The place could get a little congested so I see why they do that but the rudeness is something I can do without. Just on a separate note I did check out the Upper Rail on a later occasion. It was on a Saturday night and the place was packed and the stage a little too dark so not worth the cover. Probably on a slower night it may offer a better atmosphere but I couldn't see the difference between the two places on that night.

As far as dancers they were all top quality and all from various backgrounds. What ever your flavor was it was there. I did find that I was getting swarmed by them as soon as I arrived. I guess they could smell blood in the water. All were very nice to talk to and when I told them I had just got there and were checking the place out most were very polite about it. There were a few that were quite pushy. I didn't mind to much they were just trying to make an extra buck. i finally settled on a dancer named C***Y. She took a sweeter approach which I was more comfortable with and she sat down and talked for a bit. As far as the pvt dance it was all to be expected and more. She new exactly what to do and didn't take her time as far as getting naked. Not something I pushed but something she just did. I know that soem dancers probably milk it to get a second song out of the deal. But with her she didn't push it and told me she doesn't like tricks to get patrons to spend more money. I was really impressed with her. I came back 3 more times during my stay in Toronto just to see her and each time she treated me like a VIP even sitting with me and chatting for what I thought were large chunks of time while other dancers ran around frantically looking for their next pvt dance. I'd go back to the Brass Rail in a heartbeat just to see her again. I would hope that everyone would find such an experience there at The Rail but realize that my case may have been a rare one. That being said it was full of beautiful girls for you to pick from and I'm sure you wouldn't be hard to find someone that suited your tastes.
