I've gone to Hiliter a few times in the afternoon now. It is a good place to see a variety of (mostly) natural girls who give solid lap dances. The club is nothing special -- center stage, bar on one side, tables in the middle, a long wall of chairs and a VIP room. If you want moderate hustle, hang out in the center. If you want laps, go to the wall but be prepared for lots of hustle. Don't sit at the wall if you don't want dances. It takes it from those who do, confuses the girls and will get you a stream of requests.

The girls are mostly ok looking. A few are gorgeous. A couple are older, heavier or are just not good looking. Most will give you a solid lap dance with plenty of grinding. Some will let you touch exposed areas (a couple insist on it). A few will rub outside the pants.

The VIP isn't very private. A couple seats can be seen by those walking in the club. I don't know the status there because no dancer has been able to convince me it's worth the $25 per dance ($10 on the floor). For that money, the girl has to convince me that it is well worth it not just the lame (and usually unfulfilled) "it's more intimate back there" line.
