I went to the Lodge during a business trip, arrived around 11pm and stayed until 2 am. The girl asking for the cover is super hot and should totally be dancing, she is extremely nice.

The club has 2 main sections and you can freely switch between them at anytime. The first section has louder music and also the main stage where the ladies come out of a nice cave (hence the name of the club). The entire place looks like a nice cabin in the mountains. The second section, which they call the library, is where you want to have your lap dances, the music is not as loud and you have more space to "enjoy" the lap dance.

Dancers are super friendly and are not shy when giving you a lap dance. $20 is a pretty good deal for what you get and is a lot better than other places I've been in the midwest. You can also go upstairs or to the private rooms where things get a lot better (or so I was told but didn't go personally).
