Stopped in at On The Border...

Stopped in at On The Border on Monday night, about 9 pm. The place was quiet, maybe 12 customers and 10 dancers- not surprising for a Monday night, I guess. The girls were uniformly good-looking, no 10s in the place, but no one under a seven either. Strangely, they were all on the thin side- I don't think I saw a c-cup tit in the place.

I sat down, got my first beer, and within a couple of minutes, a dancer named Mimi was sitting next to me. She asked a few perfunctory questions and then asked if I was interested in a lapdance, which turns out to cost $35 (!). I begged off, or so I thought- maybe she was just bored, but she stayed next to me for half-an-hour, and then asked if I had made up my mind on getting a dance. I said no, thanks, I think I'll take off and left. $35 for one song (especially when the DJ appeared to have an endless supply of two-and-a-half-minute songs) is just too much for the market.

Anyway, not a bad place to have a beer and watch the girls gyrate as long as you're not looking for a grind. The decor is basic bar, nothing special but at least it's clean. For some reason, each dancer wipes down the pole when she takes the stage. Also, have your singles ready for the Milwaukee Tip Walk- after each two-song "set," the dancer walks the bar and asks for a tip from each patron. I've never seen this anywhere else, but if the dances are $35, I'm guessing they need to supplement their income.
