Cowboy's is now called Racks, with giant deer antlers out front. When I was last there in January 2012 they were starting to renovate a little bit and added in some nice VIP areas. The dancers were really nice and there were some dancers that traveled from Vegas and California as well as Colorado to work there, so there is a nice assortment of girls. Dances were topless and not done on the floor, only in the lap dance room or VIP. It's really calm in the beginning of the night and when the club first opened there weren't dancers on the stage. Not because they refused but because management didn't put dancers on stage until there were enough customers to make it worth their while. There are pool tables if you want to play and some dancers will play pool with you. It's also a clean club-no touching, licking, etc. Extras there are if you touch the girls legs or she flashes you her kitty or something. It's enforced most of the time too so be aware of that. Lap dances are she touches you, you don't touch her.
For the dancers, the dressing room is nice. There are separate cubby areas for each dancer, but be aware you may have to share your cubby as there is a limited number. House fee is reasonable, but you have to pay BEFORE you start work. They do schedule you and want you to work 5 nights a week, but they are nice to traveling dancers and if you can talk to one of the owners they may put you up in a nice hotel at a discounted rate. There are two owners-one is a "silent partner" named Sonny and the other is Tony (he's the one from Vegas).
