I've been to Brass Rails many times in my past, and it has consistently been one of the best SC's in T.O.

You walk in, bar is on your left and washrooms are downstairs. Usually the bouncers are in bowties and dressed up, so it's kinda nice to see a classy joint once in awhile.

No cover charge, but the drinks are pricey. 8-9 bucks for beer. Waitresses get to you pretty easily. I always tip the first time, just so the waitress won't hound you for drinks if she knows you're cheap. Milk the drink for a bit and if you really need to, order a second.
