I came here on a Saturday...

I came here on a Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago. I've been here before, but it had been a couple years since my last visit. The club seemed to be a little different on the inside, though it took a while for my eyes to adjust. There were not many dancers working that afternoon and all of them were either seated with other patrons or in back. After sitting down for five minutes or so I had a girl come sit down next to me. As soon as that happened, at what seemed to be the speed of a rocket, the drink lady shot across the floor to ask me if I wanted to buy the girl a drink. I politely declined and the waitress pushed the issue further by telling me that the girl was REALLY thirsty. I had to decline again a bit more assertively and she finally left. I stayed talking to the dancer for another five minutes or so. She seemed like a nice girl, but was not my type. She told me how many times the waitress did that and ran off customers. I eventually became one of those guys. This seems like a pretty nice club where guys can have a great time, but the drink push is still too much for me. Maybe I'll try again next year.
