I decided to check this place...

I decided to check this place out mostly to be sure I wasn't missing something by tending to frequent the same places. I wasn't. The minute I walked in the door I was creeped out. The place was dark (even for a strip club), dingy, and didn't smell so very healthy. Also (awkwardly, given the darkness) there seemed to be steps up or down everywhere. It's a wonder they don't have drunks falling on their faces every other minute. The "stage" was at the bottom of a sort of pit, surrounded by semi-auditorium-style seats and little tables. You couldn't see the stage from the bar, so if you wanted to watch the dancers, you had no choice but to take your drink into the pit.

Though why anyone would want to is beyond me. During the admittedly short time I was there (frankly, I was a little frightened and eager to get away), I did not see a single dancer who was less than 50% overweight, nor did I see one who appeared to be under 35. And what they lacked in looks, they made up for in persistence. I've never been pestered more for dances in any club (which I guess makes a nice change from the Cadillac, where you can sit for hours without anyone approaching you). I will say this: If you're looking for a lot of action and you're not too picky about what you touch, this might be your kind of place. Judging from what the dancers who tried to hustle me had to say, I suspect you can get more than a lap dance if you actually want to. I didn't.
