Nice building from out side - really classy entrance / reception area w/ marble floors and chandelier.

Once inside and seated noticed how tattered and dirty the carpet was when I tripped over a strip of duct tape holding together a long tear in it.

The place seems a 'little' run down and dirty in almost every way once your inside.

The place was dead!
