The layout is pretty simple: The left side of the room U-shaped bar with a stage in the middle. The right side has a pool table and private dance room. I usually don't like that kind of layout since I prefer to get get a little closer to the girls, but they come around after their sets to make up for it.
The night I was there, there were about 5 dancers (I am guessing) and 10 customers. Most were older guys just sitting at the bar smoking. This place is thick with smoke, and not a lot of energy in the room. I sat down, ordered a beer, and watched the show. The first two dancers did two-song sets and went back to the dressing room. While the third dancer started her set, the first dancer I saw came up to me, asked for a tip, and sat down. Normal stripper-customer conversation: was I from Philly? (No) Had I been there before? (No) What other clubs did I go to when I was in town? I named two clubs in the area that are known for very high milage (to the point that "strip club" is kind of a stretch) to give her a hint what I might be looking for. Yeah, I tend to be oblique. Must be paranoid. Anyway, she took the cue and said she would make sure I really enjoyed the private dance. She was correct.
Word of warning: the private dance area is not all that private. There are two couches, and when we went in, the second couch and another dancer were filled. That might be a turn-off since whatever you and the dancer are doing will be in full view of at least two other people and a bouncer. On the other hand, whoever is in there is guaranteed to be busy and maybe you all like to be watched. Not my bag, but I don't judge.
