WARNING! THUGS AND EXTORTIONISTS! ...

WARNING! THUGS AND EXTORTIONISTS! I visited this club once in early 2011. I had a couple of lap dances in a private booth with one dancer, paid her the agreed upon 40 Pounds, and then left to watch the Pole Dancer for a lttle while. When I tried to leave the club, the bouncers stopped me at the front door and would not let me leave, saying I had not paid the dancer.

The next two hours were an absolute nightmare. The huge, stony-faced bouncers repeatedly tried to convince me to come into the club with them so they could "discuss" the matter in private. I clung to the sidewalk railing for dear life, fearing that they would beat the crap out of me and take all my money if I allowed them to drag me inside. They would not let me leave the front door area. If I made any move, the six-foot-six door brute would walk up close and hold out his arm to let me know he would happily drag me away if I made any attempt to leave.

After sitting there for almost two hours, in the early morning, some short man walks up the stairs and says to me "How much did you pay her?" "Forty Pounds", I say. "OK, you can go." And with that, they angrily tell me to leave. I cursed at them for a bit from the sidewalk, but it was obvious that these were real hooligans and that they would snap and attack me, so I left.
