Was in Atlanta this week and Mrs. MN_C has been asking me to visit a club alone to "compare" the experience alone with when we go together. Well got some recommendations and after checking on here, the Oasis was the one I decided to check out.
Was kinda cheesy looking on the outside with the fake palm trees, but was well lit and right off a major highway. The building looked very nice - although across the street looks like a vacant mall - but since it was also well lit, never felt nervous about security. The inside was surprising (although I guess i don't know what I was expecting). I have heard it described on here as more of a sports bar and while I can see that, for some reason it left me with the impression of having a country feel. Why? I have no idea, nothing about it really looked country - and certainly weren't playing country music, just my take.
There were three stages (all going) - and no tip rails that I saw. Only tables scattered throughout the room. To tip the girls I had to get up and walk to the stage to do so. Seems that may have cut their tips down some there. Having said that, there were lap dances happening everywhere. To get in was $10, lap dances also $10 and the soda that I had was only 3.95 - didn't drink, so not sure what the alcohol was running. There were 5 couples that I counted - and of course out of habit I was counting. Didn't notice though how they were getting treated by the girls.
