The Lodge has always been a staple of mine in the DFW area, and I try to make a visit whenever possible. The interior is quite different from other "traditional" clubs, and something as small as the high ceiling makes me feel pretty comfortable.

The dancers are of the highest caliber available in the area, and are quite friendly to the customers. There is a main stage for sets, with several other satellite stages the dancers use for their rotation. Private dances are in the open on the main floor, but there are certainly areas you can take a dancer to ensure a bit of extra privacy. There are some booths in the back area, some corner tables in the raised section, and also a couple nooks around the main stage. Contact is not heavy, but it definitely isn't something to complain about. Obviously YMMV depending on the dancer. Be courteous to the dancer, and she will return the favor...southern hospitality wins here!

VIP is much more expensive than other clubs in the area, and require champagne purchase. I would avoid VIPs here, and go to some other nearby clubs if that's what you're looking for.
