Came here late on a Friday night - not a lot of people here - only a few girls working - met a very friendly one who I hung out with for a beer and a smoke and maybe a dance or 3. Got the topless backroom dances($20), and they were quite fun - roaming with hands was allowed. For a higher price, could get fully nude dances in the back, but did not partake that night. The price sure is right there - the bartenders are friendly, and the drinks are quite cheap($3 for Yuengling, Miller Lite) - $0 cover is the biggest bonus of them all. Girls may not be great - but they're friendly enough, and I'll come back on occasion.
