From my recent visit in July, (sorry for the delay....)

Second visit to GG, my first was a year prior. Wrote a review last time, and swore I'd never visit again. But I was down on Fremont St., walked by and figured what the hell, looking for a place to have a couple beers, worst that that could happen is that I overpay for some beer and tip some dancers. I knew the drill there, and figured I could deal with the hustle factor. The pretty young thing out front assured me that they had changed management and this was a "new and improved GG". Well, she was definitely the best looking girl there, and there was nothing new and improved about GG.

No cover, but there's a two drink minimum, which is strictly enforced. "Strictly" in the sense that I hadn't been there more than 10 mins when the waitress came over to take my order for the second. When I asked her to stop back in a few minutes to give me time enjoy my first, the floor manager came over to "suggest" that it was time to order the second drink of the two drink minimum. I thanked him for his hospitality, told him he could bring me my beer now, and tipped him a $1 from my stack of ones for his trouble. Judging from the grimace on his face, he got the message that I was not happy.
