Since beginning pilgrimages to AZ for spring training, The Candy Store has been on the list of must dos while down there. This year, though, the experience was definitely down compared to the last several years. A couple of the main issues were fewer dancers and more of the dancers present spending all their time with one guy. Was in the place twice during the week on 3/14. The first time, decent Candy Store experience, had several quality dances with Carmen. But, I noted a lack of dancers. The second time, I swear there were only six or seven dancers working, four of them were just doing their required stage dances – then running right back to their lock of the night, and the back stage was closed. Maybe it was an off couple of nights.
