Went there Thursday last week at 9pm after about a year to check out if anything was new. Cover was $12 but I had a coupon for free entry before 10pm from their website. Club was about 1/4 full. Nothing has changed since I was here last. But I wanted to bring attention to a possible scam at the club.

After 10 minutes after I got there, I saw a dancer that interested me on the back stage. Went to the stage and tipped her a few dollars. When she was done with her set she came by my table and asked if I wanted company. I asked her to sit down and, of course, a waitress came quickly to ask if I wanted to buy the dancer a drink. I obliged and the dancer ordered a “moonbomb” (which cost $15). Once the drink got there, the dancer said she had to say hi to someone and would be right back. She went to sit at another table. After 20 minute I noticed she was at a different table, so figured she wasn’t coming back. I was done with my beer and was waiting a bit for my refill so decide to drink the moonbomb she left w/out ever touching. Found out it was just cranberry juice. When the waitress came w/ my beer I asked her what was supposed to be in the moonbomb, because it was silly for me to spend $15 on cranberry juice. She said she didn’t know and can send over the bartender if I had a question (which seemed strange to me). 20 minutes later and the bartender hasn’t come by (it wasn’t that busy) so I asked one of the usher guys about the moonbomb. He said that it was supposed to be red wine and cranberry juice. I told him there was no alcohol in my drink and he said he’ll look for the manager if I had a problem. 20 minutes later and the manager still haven’t come by. Then a waitress that I knew from when I came here often back when it first opened stopped at my table to see if I needed a beer. I told her what happened and she took my drink to the bar and got it replaced w/ one that had wine. It’s such a simple solution that makes me think it was some kind of scam for extra kickback. Otherwise, instead of the big runaround which suggests a cover-up, they could have said it was a simple mistake. I don’t mind the regular buy the dancer a drink thing and some dancers are rude but I want what I paid for at least. Did not stay after that drink and probably won't be back.
