I won't get into the layout etc. since that's all been done, but I was visiting Phoenix and had some free time, so I went into the club on a Friday around noon since everyone seemed to recommend HiLiter as the best place in town. The girls can definitely be hands-on, but as is the case in any club, YMMV. one girl, Samantha was very hands (and tongue) on, and definitely got me turned on. I took her to the VIP and while there are no extras to be had in there (there's a bouncer standing right outside that keeps looking in), there was plenty of stick shifting to be had. Also spent some time with Cynthia who was a definite hottie, but also got a floor dance from a latina who seemed very mechanical and said her tits could only be touched in the VIP. I definitely recommend trying a floor dance first and seeing what the girl is up for before going back to the VIP. All-in-all, it was a pretty decent club, but if you're looking for extras, you're in the wrong part of town.
