The best clubs make you feel good about staying longer than you planned and spending more money than you should. Unfortunately, Platinum Plus had me thinking about leaving right after i sat down. The club is large, clean, easy to find, and with good parking. But once indside, the music is so loud that it is physically uncomfortable and there wasn't a chance to relax, get into the strip club state of mind, and enjoy a nice evening. You'll need to shout at any dancer you are talking too. Now I'm not expecting the hushed tones of a top class restaurant, but really, this was just ridiculously loud.

There is a main stage and several satellite stages that the girls rotate to. I was there on a Thursday night and the girls stayed at their stages for two songs. The music choices were good and the DJ was good. Just way too loud.

Once you find a seat in the very comfortable chairs, you can expect dancers to stop by, sit down, and start talking to you. They were not pushy, but it was non-stop. No chance to relax and enjoy the stage show. The waitresses are cute and come by at about the right frequency to keep your drink fresh. Drink prices seemed pretty reasonable for a strip club. One waitress got pushy because she didn't think my tip was big enough (1.25 tip on a $5 beer) but that seemed to be the exception. There are bikini girls wandering around with buckets of jello shooters who just won't leave you alone. If you don't want a shooter for yourself, she'll ask you to buy one for her, or for a dancer at a nearby table. Nothing wrong with trying to sell product, but they came by way too often. If I didn't want a shooter 30 seconds ago, why are you back?
