The best private area to buy is called VIP3 or the Celebrity Booths. These rooms are completely private with hardly any interference from the bouncers (especially if you tip them well). To enter you need to buy bottle service for $400 or simply transfer the bottle you've already purchased into one of these rooms. When you choose a girl it will be an additional $400 for the time you spend with her. The girls will do far more in these rooms. I've never seen sex or oral sex, but I imagine it happens occasionally to the very high rollers.
