The quality of this place has definitely gone downhill since the last time I visited in the roaring 2000s. This used to be a top quality joint with hot Ukranian and New Zealand Kiwi blonds and brunettes. Now it is populated by old-aged Russians who didn't get the memo to go to China (or wherever the boom town in Asia is now), and they just try to get you to buy over-priced bottles without any pleasantries. The only table that seemed to be having fun was with 2 hot Japanese girls, but if you want to party with Japanese girls in Tokyo, you don't go to a strip bar.
