It's been awhile since I've been to Calgary and this trip I had time to head south to the Speakeasy. It has been totally revamped and has a new name: Risqué Rouge. A whole bunch of go-go stages have been set up around the club providing plenty of eyecandy, and with the new lighting (nice job with LEDs) it looks more nightclub than stripclub. The best part is the new seats in perv row, probably the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in (in the front row of a peeler bar anyway) makes it hard to leave. The dances were the same no-contact I'm used to for Calgary but instead of in private booths they have a new open VIP section, very reminesant of an old hotel lobby. Over all very nice re-model.
