In the Madison, Wisconsin (Dane County) area, this is the nicest looking club you will find. They renovated the place last year and made major improvements. All the seating is comfortable. There are two new bar areas with seating, private booths for lap dances, and VIP rooms. There is ample stage-side seating and tables with seats. The club itself is located outside of Madison a couple miles. There is ample parking in the parking lot. When you walk into the club, you'll need to pay $10 cover. (They do have on their website a number you can text to get a free admission if you've never been before, so that's one way to save some money here.) Staff here is professional and friendly. Drinks at the bar are moderately priced. It will cost $4 to $6 for a beer, $5.50 to $8.50 for mixed drinks. They also have 2 for 1 bottles of beer every Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm for "happy hour," which is a decent deal, plus some weeknights there are specials on drinks after 8pm.

The dancers here are mostly 7s and 8s, with some 6s and a couple 9s. There is a mix of black, white, Asian, and Latina dancers. The evening I came in there were at least 20 dancers working. I am told on Monday-Wednesday nights, though, the dancer count is often under 10. The dancers are friendly. They will approach and sit with you and chat for a while usually before asking about getting dances. The dances here are $20. Sometimes they run an hourly promotion of 2 dances and t-shirt for $40. Unless you really want a shirt, I think you're better off just getting the one dance for $20 and if the dancer is good paying $20 more to get a second one versus committing to $40 for 2 dances. The lap dance area is semi-private booths that the main floor can't see. Contact varies based on the dancer. Some will allow a little touching, others won't. They have a shower suite available for shower dances, and the 30 minute VIP room is $300. I felt that $300 was too pricey for this and did not partake despite strong urging from one dancer. Overall, I would return to Silk as it is the best club around Madison, Wisconsin.
