I found myself in Detroit on...

I found myself in Detroit on a Saturday afternoon and decided to check out a few clubs. I arrived at BT's shortly after they opened... about 12:30... and stayed for about an hour. I was the only patron in the place the entire time I was there. $7 for valet parking (seemed kind of unnecessary given that I was the only person there)... Free Cover. Beers were $8 for 1 or $10 for a bucket of 5 (I guess that was a special?). There were probably 8 or 10 girls in the house. Half black. Half white. Most were in the 4-6 range. Maybe 1 spinner was a 7. Most of the girls were sitting at the bar or in a booth, some drinking, some eating lunch... talking amongst themselves. Nobody offered dances, but a few girls chatted with me while I had a couple of beers. There was no one I was really into. Girls started dancing on stage 1 at a time at around 1:30pm. No stage show before that.

All to say, this review is most likely not representative of the club at more peak hours... but there's really almost no reason to go here on a Saturday afternoon. The place really is dead. I then went looking for more Saturday afternoon action at Penthouse & Flight Club... and there was a little bit more going on in those places. 8-10 girls in either spot... not really top talent but a few 7s or 8s in either place. Apparently Saturday afternoons are super slow in Detroit. Not that this surprises me... I guess I was just hoping that that wouldn't be the case... particularly because I've been into some clubs during the week that can get quite busy during the day. Not so on Saturdays, I guess.
