The Hi-Liter is one of those...

The Hi-Liter is one of those chill clubs in Phoenix where you get your money's worth. I went in about 9:30 and was able to have my pick of the litter. There was one lady there who was latin and a ton of fun - definitely not too concerned on the floor and was all about mutual touching for the VIP ride...was well satisfied for $100 or so. I like the girls are mellow and will hang out with you, but they won't drink alcohol. check it out for some no frill fun!
