I have been to this club...
I have been to this club several times and it used to be hit and miss and now it is just miss. Overall layout of the club is spacious and it isn't too run down but the quality of dancers is not what it used to be.
Most of the dancers ignore the older patrons and spend their time talking to punk kids who really have no business in the club. The kids dont tip and obviously have no money so I'm not really sure what the point is. Its almost impossible to get anyones attention unless they are coming around to collect a dollar after their song. There is only one dancer who is friendly and she considers herself to be a performance artist. I don't remember her name, but she has a nose ring. She is amazing on stage and will sit and talk to you for quite awhile, but her private dances are pretty tame. There are several black dancers who have seen better days and three older white dancers who are loud and obnoxious. The three older dancers need to be shown the door permanately. They should have retired 20 years ago (one of them looks like someone unwrapped a mummy and I wanted to give her a dollar to just go away and not touch me with her talons, I mean hands). Another patron pretending to be on the phone talking to his sister whenever the mummy came around. If you want to be ignored and have to spend your time dodging Lon Chaney's mom, this is the place for you. Otherwise you can do better in Kokomo.
