Made my first stop back to Scruples in a long time. Not much has changed, bar tomyourmright as you enter and the dance area back to the left. Seemed sort of slow, and that was confirmed by a dancer or two I chatted with. Corona's were $5 a pop and not one of the happy hour selections.:(. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Girls varied, but didn't see many less than a 5, which is a bit of a change. 1-2 smoking dancers, but hard to figure out how many we're around, as their stage sets were VERY long. Also seemed to be a very regular crowd, which I suppose isn't shocking, considering the pre happy hour arrival time. No cover when ingot there and when I left about 5, there still wasn't anyone at the door. I have paid 10 later in the night there, but that was back a bit.

Very low pressure while sitting at the bar, which I attribute to the 'regulars'. But it wasn't a bad thing. I was in a low key mood, and was glad to not get harassed. One dancer did, and promptly after sitting down next to me at the bar, called someone on her cell. Too bad, cause the long leggy blonde was on my list!

Did take one back for dances, which was 20 per song. Pretty open area and not that big, but another dancer was very involved without shock from my girl or objection from the bouncer. Dance was fairly good length.
