The previous poster is correct about Temptations starting to fall off. The decrepit, old building is in dire need of repair/renovation. The club has a difficult time drawing girls to the club consistently. I’ve been there on Friday and Saturday nights where there were only two or three dancers. The cover is free most of the time because it’s so poorly staffed.

Yes, Temptations has gotten the reputation of being an extras club. I haven’t been recently, but I imagine the atmosphere is pretty awful now since two of Temptations’ dancers were killed recently. One of them was kidnapped, murdered, and dismembered. Google the name “Jaren Lockhart” if you want more details. Her remains were found washed ashore in Biloxi, Mississippi. Her killer worked as a bouncer at a bar down the street.

Temptations, Lipstixx, and Stiletto’s are the epitome of the “seedy” strip club. Those that go there are usually there for a reason (that is, looking for “services” you can’t find at places like Penthouse).
