I went on a recent Friday...

I went on a recent Friday afternoon and wasn't sure what to think of my trip. I left completely bewildered. There were good things to say, bad things to say, and the overall experience was just strange.

I hadn't been in a couple months, but aesthetically the place has changed predominately for the better. The club is just as clean and well run as ever, with terrific management presence and specials, a great wait staff for drinks, and a comfortable atmosphere. Desire continues to provide the most welcoming atmosphere in the area by about a factor of ten.

One strange element surrounding the environment is that it is even darker than ever. It was literally hard to see the girls in there for the first minute or two; you need to really get soaked into the darkness to adjust.
