I like to check in at Johnny A's every now and then, and can sum it up easily by saying it is one place that changes very little! Bartenders are friendly, the place is usually packed once late afternoon comes around (maybe earlier, I would not know), and there are a mixture of ladies working - some who are a bit past their dancing prime, others who are just getting started, and a lot of regular dancers (regular customers too). There is a nice ethnic mix, including the usual Northern NJ groups - Russians, Brazilians (always my favorite), and even NJ girls! No cover, drinks normally priced (meaning higher than they should be) and decent food (and I'm not a big fan of eating in strip clubs). Don't hesitate to go when you are in the neighborhood or close by, but not really worth any kind of special trip (unless you are one of those ultra-regulars going to see your favorite lady!).
