I was overly curious to see what the new Spearmint Rhino in Iowa was like. I liked Saries but traveled to Kansas regularly and had good times for less money. The current SR has a full bar but dancers are bikini only. I was in the mood for flesh not conversation so had no dances. They have done a remarkable job of redecorating. Dark and loud for my taste but on a par with SR in Vegas but MUCH smaller. Fair sized room with 1 stage in the middle. Lap dance areas on north similar to old lay out but walled so much more private and smaller area on South side. Several small areas with nice couches, I presume for more public dances. The dancers are generally beautiful (no dogs)but high percentage of enhanced breasts. Not positive because of bikinis though. Little enthusiasm and no LD's while I was there. $15/song but still bikini. The bouncer said the BYOB side will open in a few weeks so may try again later since it will, hopefully, be at least topless. Dancers were from California and Texas with some carry overs(I recognized one)they did 2 dances and disappeared but few patrons and who gets lap dances from bikinis? I stayed 1 hour and left. Free admission if you text code from their web site. I don't text so they let me in any way. I hope it gets better because Kansas is a long drive. I would recommend checking in 2-3 weeks and report.
