I haven't seen any indication that there's been some crack down at Ricks. With my last experience and the offers I didn't experience, Ricks is still Ricks and almost anything goes. It is a different club since there's no real tipping at the rail, no beer or real food... but for those who are patience you can leave a happy man, until you notice how light your wallet is.
