I recently ended my bartending employment...

I recently ended my bartending employment at fannys. I was there for two years, and in those two years I have seen this bar go from one of the best places in town to one of the worst. The dancers there are great. average to above average but very down to earth (well the good ones anyway) there are also dancers who are far below average, nasty to look at, drunk or high and get away with giving extras in the back vip rooms. The overall physical apearance of the club is nice when the lights are out....be thankful u dont see what i did when the lights came on. there is so much gum, spilled drinks, food and god knows what else permanently stuck to the carpets and there are places on the roof that have buckets hanging. Management sucks and does not stand up for their staff when a customer is clearly out of line with how he handles himself within the club and towards some staff. This club is a dive!! wouldnt waste my time or money there...up to u thou. oh btw...this particular customer is normally in on thursdays and fridays...he is excessively drunk on patron, probably standing at the bar as the bartenders pretend to like him so they can clean out his pocketbook again for another night. if ur being ignored by the bartender just yell out for her to STOP pouring watershots and ripping off the customers...believe me...she may look horrified that u know her secret, but she will have heard ur comment at least. needless to say i was too honest an employee to work there and that is why i quit.
