The Gold Club in SF is...

The Gold Club in SF is in a good part of town, and close to public transit (BART , Muni). The club has a classy decor, and the service is generally attentive. The usher came around to ask how things were, etc. Waitresses make the rounds to take bar / drink orders, and alcohol is available, as it is a topless only club.

I got there early in the evening, and watched a few cuties from the day shift on stage, 7-8 rating, along with many average 4-5 rated dancers. There is a main stage, a side stage called the 'martini' stage, and later in the evening, a 3rd stage called the bubble stage. Dancer strut around and go topless on the 2nd song. Song length can sometimes be fairly long, depending on the song / dancer / DJ it seems. There is a very high pole on the main center stage, and a few of the dancers were quite athletic and prolific on this 15 ft high pole. Entertaining pole work I would say.

Overall the dancers ranged in attractiveness between a 3 to maybe a 8 or 9. There is good variety, enough appealing entertainers to keep things interesting, but not any knockdown 10's in my opinion.
