Back here for the first time...

Back here for the first time in a while. The estimate on the number of dancers may be higher; it's hard to guess because so many vanish upstairs when their stage time is over. There's some real hotness here, if you don't mind too many tats and nearly-universal silicone, not always well-applied. Others have described the stage setup, which seems truly treacherous for the girls, especially those who combine 5-inch heels or platforms with alcohol. You'll get more attention if you can snag one of the highly sought seats at either end of the stage, where the girls don't have to straddle the canyon the bartenders use. Local etiquette demands that if you leave your seat for a lap dance, you can tip it up and it should be left alone. Reality is that when a 250-pound biker takes your seat anyway, you don't ask for it back.

But another reality is that you may get very little action seated at the stage. Dancer sets are too long; many girls either don't circulate, preferring to stand and sway, or arrive late for their sets and wander off before they end. Some time ago I wrote that you can save money by coming here. Certainly I've had the experience of sitting at the stage with a stack of bills in front of me, and being mostly ignored. Some girls will come up behind you and solicit private dances, but the truth is, if that's what you're trolling for, you're better off standing in the crowd that gathers near the stage, and positioning yourself to get the attention of whomever you'd like to get to know better.

Beer is cheap and cold. Private dances are expensive . . . and cold. You can get a decent grind, and one-way contact, but anything more than your hands on a dancer's legs will draw the attention of the den mother. And there's no privacy in the lap dance room; it's possible to be partially concealed by a large plant, but there are cameras. Lord knows who is monitoring, or whether you're being recorded. Expect much promised, but little delivered except an attempt to upsell to the VIP upstairs. I've not tried.
