I went to Rock Za on...

I went to Rock Za on Sunday June 10, 2012. A sort-of holiday night, since the following day, June 11, was Kamehameha Day, and a holiday for most places on the island. I would recommend Rock Za mainly for Sundays and weekdays; it's a small club and it can be hard to find a place to sit, or stand, and enjoy the show on Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday 6/10 post-midnight was great. The tables (to your right as you enter) had lots of room, and you could sit and enjoy the dancers from pretty close range, while easily sliding over to the two stages for dances. A very nice mix of women; 50-50 split between Asian and otherwise, and all lovely. After about ten years of looking exactly the same, the lighting in the joint has been redone and the place looks bright and cheery. The girls tend to push the lady-drink issue more than at Femme Nu or Exotic Nights, but that's showbiz. I'd go back anytime (but preferably any weekday).
