Depends on what you're looking for.....but Bugsy's can be a blast. If you want high-class surroundings, guarded parking, super-model dancers....don't go here.

But if you want incredibly high mileage during lap dances (and hell, even when simply sitting at the bar), Bugsy's is the place in Cleveland. And in the champagne room (which is a minimal cost -- $40, plus tips), pretty much anything goes.

But even outside the champagne room - just getting a corner lapdance -- hands are usually all over you, and you will often (if not usually) get unzipped....and more than once I've gotten some pretty serious (and seriously illegal, I'm sure) contact.
