I have driven by the club...

I have driven by the club numerous times but never stopped, I wish I hadn't broken my streak. It has a nice large parking lot and it is a great facility. It is large and very open, high ceilings, has a open airy feel to it, great for non-smokers. There are three stages. The main stage in in front of you as you walk into the club, two other stages are to the right; all three were in use for three song sets during my visit. The servers were great, good looking, fast and friendly; two of them were the highlight of the evening. There were 20 -25 dancers working. There were a few who were definite attention getters. I couldn't get their attention though. I know it is harder when you are a first-timer but I have been welcomed in faster at other clubs and made friends the first night. They offer $10 table dances, these are what I normally use to determine who to spend the big dollars on. The have a no contact policy on the floor. The dancers inform you of that and all followed the law. Once or twice during a dance a couple dancers brushed against the leg and a couple snuggled up against the face for a few seconds. That was all the excitement a table dance provided. I tried seven different dancers to get a good sampling. I placed my hand on the mid-back of a dancer, a bouncer came over and knocked my arm down. I inquired about VIP rates and recived a wide variety of rates. The rate for the room went between $30 and $50 for 30 mins. The dancers varied between $100 and $180 for their part of the 30 min trip. There was a good variety of dancers to choose from but it is hard to determine how much fun you can have with a lady when the interview is all talk and no show. The Oasis is a great club physically; large, nice looking facility and if that is what you are looking for in a club, this is the place to go. If you want to go out and watch some ladies dance and walk around, this is the club to hit. If going to a club to relax and have some fun with the dancers, then I would pass by this club. Now I know why there is a huge, nearly empty parking lot around the club. The business at the other end of the parking lot is gone and the guys who are looking to have a great time at a dance club are hitting other clubs. I did (I left for another club) and will definitely steer clear of the Oasis when in Atlanta.
