This place started out great when they opened then went to crap very quickly, Joe & Jay the managers were not keeping the place properly maintained. the Deja Vu company spent a fortune to fix that place up and now it looks like a run down dive on the outside. in fact someone ran into the building and tore a piece of the stucco out of one of the columns and instead of repairing it they just let is get worse to the point you can see the stress cracks of where the canape is starting to come down. the inside of the building is pretty much the same story, it has been neglected and not properly maintained. I have heard many of the girls talk about Joe & Jay's after parties. If they spent as much time looking for a broom, a dust pan to clean the place or a hammer to repair the place as they did looking for coke, chasing the girls and open bar parties. the might get some where.
