You're in Binghamton so don't expect too much. The clientele is mostly locals. The dancers are a mixed bag at least when I visited. They ranged from OK looking girls to downright scary. The drinks aren't that expensive which I guess is a plus. The place has a weird smell also. Madame Oars is topless but if you want full nudity you can go to Tzer's (pronounced Teasers) across the street which doesn't serve alcohol. Trust me, you don't full nudity. Overall, I recommend you pass on this place the next time you are in the southern tier.
