Best contact in the DC area! If you are staying in the DC area and don't want to go all the way to Baltimore, go here rather than DC (which has no contact). The venue isn't the poshest place you will find, and there is no alcohol served at the bar, but you can BYOB and the girls are friendly and attractive. Here's the cost breakdown: You need to pay a cover to get in (usually $20) and can't bring in your cell phone. Lap dances are paid on a per-song basis, and you pay the dancer directly. You can pay $20 for a bikini lapdance in a corner of the main floor. For an additional $20 you can pay the bartender to go to one of two semi-private rooms (you pay once each time you go back there). Once in the back, you can do topless lapdances for $30 and full nude for $40. The key is that when you are in the back room, you can touch the dancers, but when you are on the floor you are not supposed to. The two rooms are quite different: The one in the back is lit with a blacklight, while the one on the side is darker and seems more private (each room could handle two or three customers, but fortunately I was the only one there). There are no "champaign" packages where you pay a fixed rate for a set number of songs or length of time, but paying by the song is fine since you don't know how good a girl is or how long you will last. The club offers a good diversity of dancers. On my visit, I was entertained in the back room by Brittany, and then in the side room by Natasha. Both did a great job with lots of contact.
