I dropped by Tropical Lei after supper on a Friday evening, I am new to the area so I wasn't aware of some of the California rules pertaining to strip clubs. I went to the door. The bouncers were friendly. They did a test for weapons and suggested that I leave my phone in the car which I did. I walked in, admission was $15 - a bit steeper than I am used to. Inside there was a selection of girls in the 6 to 8 range. The dances are fully nudes, which apparently means no booze. Kind of stupid, but apparently the rule in CA. The pop and even water are fairly steep. $20 for a lap dance which isn't too bad, but the dancers are fairly pushy to get you in the VIP space for something more. I did enjoy my experience, but left a lot more money here than I intended. I may go back. I may also check out some of the other options in the Greater LA area.
