The club exceeded my admittedly low expectations as an out-of-town visitor to Peoria. It's got that city vibe with 70's era signage, but once inside and having paid my $7 door fee, I found a clean two-stage club with an in-the-round bar in the middle.

The bartender gave me a friendly wave and suggested their $12.95 swordfish special. I did come in part to have dinner, which I read in TUSCL was generally good. I wasn't disappointed - the fish was grilled well, complemented with a loaded potato and green beans. Healthy and delicious. The drinks however, were small and expensive - a gin and tonic being $8.75. I switched to their drink special later, a Long Island Ice Tea for $4. It was nicely priced, but unfortunately, rather weak.

But enough with my restaurant and bar review - on with the show. The girls were okay, 5's - 7's, at least during that earlier time of evening I was there. A tattooed honey with fabulous abs plopped herself on an adjacent barstool and made pleasant conversation. She soon had to vacate to do her turn on stage. I tipped her there a couple times, for which I was rewarded with boobs in the face, earlobe nibbling, and the stripper handshake for my little companion. I was now interested.
