It seems like a simple concept....

It seems like a simple concept. A quiet club in a major city by the side of a busy street near downtown. Opens at Noon, just arrive about 2 PM after the Lunch break crowd leaves and you should have the ideal setup for a quality experience. No competition, eager dancers, no interruptions, no tension...Except, every time I try to make this happen, there are no dancers! Not a few, not some weak ones, none! No Cover, walk in, sit down, and wait thru several songs until...nothing happens. Wait longer and maybe one dancer schlups in with a backpack, goes to the back and nothing happens! There are often 3-4 punters waiting quietly and nothing happens! What's wrong with this picture?
